H&E Equipment Services Opens Branches in Longview, Texas, and Macon, Ga.
H&E Equipment Services this week opened new branches in Longview, Texas, and Macon, Ga.
The Longview facility brings the number of H&E branches in Texas to 22. The 8,200-square-foot facility sits on 2.3 acres with a fully fenced yard area, offices, parts warehouse and a repair shop with five service bays.
“We’ve strategically located our new Longview branch to service multiple markets in East Texas,” said branch manager Trey Austin. “The facility sits between Tyler and Marshall, the two largest cities in the region, and it extends the reach between our existing branches in the growing markets of Dallas and Shreveport. By working in tandem with our other H&E facilities, we’ve created significant operational efficiencies that will enable us to expand our local customer base as well as deliver even better support to our current customers.”
The Macon facility is H&E’s fourth Georgia branch. The 18,800-square-foot facility sits on 7.5 acres with a fully fenced yard area, offices, parts warehouse, and a repair shop with eight service bays and several overhead cranes. It is capable of servicing a variety of construction and general industrial equipment for customers in central Georgia and covers the territory between Macon and existing facilities in Atlanta and Opelika, Ala.
“With the Air Force base in Warner Robins and the continuing expansion of the largest industrial market in the state, the middle Georgia area—and Macon specifically—was our primary focus for growth,” said branch manager Tim Price. “The ongoing reconstruction of the I-75/I-16 interchange makes Macon the perfect location to tie our Atlanta, Savannah, and north Florida markets together. With machines and resources on all sides, we’ll be able to even more efficiently provide whatever our customers may need.”
Both branches specialize in rental of aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, earthmoving machinery, compaction equipment, generators, compressors, and more and represents the following manufacturers: Allmand, Atlas Copco, Blue Diamond, Bomag, Case, Club Car, Doosan, Gehl, Generac Mobile, Genie, Hamm, Hy-Brid Lifts, JCB, JLG, John Deere, Kubota, LayMor, Link-Belt Excavators, MEC, Miller, Multiquip, Okada, Polaris, Skyjack, SkyTrak, Sullair, Sullivan-Palatek, Takeuchi, Towmaster Trailers, Wacker Neuson, Yanmar, and others.
In addition to a large equipment rental fleet, the facilities provide expanded new and used equipment sales, parts availability within 24 hours for most items, in-shop and mobile service repairs, training, and other value-added services.
Founded in 1961, H&E Equipment Services is one of the largest rental equipment companies in the nation, providing the higher standard in equipment rentals, sales, parts, and service. Branches are located throughout the Pacific Northwest, West Coast, Intermountain, Southwest, Gulf Coast, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
