CBS Rental and Supply has changed its name to CBS Rentals. The company also recently opened two new branches, in Caddo Mills and Odessa, Texas. The Houston-based rental company, established in 1965, has 10 locations in Texas and one in Tennessee. Since 2016, CBS has more than doubled its number of branches, making it one of the fastest growing equipment rental companies in the United States.

The new name and logo are a byproduct of the company’s focus. CBS has turned its attention and focus to the rental market in most locations. Some branches, such as Corpus Christi, Texas, and Kingsport, Tenn., will still support their customers by carrying a wide range of supplies.

“We wanted our name to embody our core competency and articulate what we do,” said Jason Herin, owner and chairman of CBS Rentals. “We are an equipment rental company that is here to provide you with legendary customer service. That is our mission and that is what we will continue to do as CBS Rentals.”

CBS Rentals is still under the same management and direction as before. CBS plans to extend its growth in 2019 and in the following years.

The company recently opened two new branches. The Caddo Mills, Texas, branch began operating in January of this year. The branch is centered between Rockwall and Greenville on I-30, allowing the company better coverage of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. The Odessa branch began service in April of 2019, CBS’ first expansion into West Texas. It plans to expand further into the region to serve the energy and construction markets. CBS’ goal is to be able to assist its customers statewide, and West Texas is a big part of the Texas market.

CBS Rentals is No. 59 on the RER 100. Learn more about it at WWW.TEAMCBS.COM.
