Case Construction Equipment upgrades its largest excavator, the CX800B, to its B Series line of excavators. The CX800B features increases in fuel efficiency and productivity, as well as improved operator comfort and ease of maintenance. The 178,575-pound excavator also features an electronically controlled common rail Tier-3-certified 15.7-L Isuzu engine that delivery 532 net hp. The CX800B is available in standard and mass excavation configurations, making it suited for a variety of applications requiring heavy muscle and long reach. It also features regenerative hydraulics on the boom and arm, as well as the bucket curl, which speeds the cycle time required to get a bucket of dirt.
