Atlas Copco Compressors introduces its new size II XAM 850 low-pressure portable compressors. The size II LP has a significantly smaller box canopy that has 47-percent less volume and is 3,500 pounds lighter in weight, which is 32-percent lighter than before. This helps in the transportation of this unit, making it less expensive to transport and giving it a smaller footprint on the jobsite. The units also feature outlet valves, which are mounted on the rear curbside next to the controller and recessed for protection. Side protections with reflectors help protect the canopy and internal components.
