Lincoln Electric’s Ranger Air 330MPX offers multi-function capabilities. The Ranger Air 330MPX engine drive delivers five functions into one unit: air compressor, generator, battery jump assist, battery charge, and multi-process welder. It delivers clean, continuous power to operate a wide range of tools and equipment while welding, increasing productivity and efficiency.

Variable engine speed and auto stop/start technology reduce fuel consumption, while maintenance alerts notify operators when service is needed, helping to prevent costly repairs and downtime.

The Vanair rotary screw air compressor provides up to 30-percent more air power compared to other machines in its class, the manufacturer says. This ensures operators can power large tools, increasing job efficiency and completing more tasks in less time.

With less than 5 percent total harmonic distortion, it supports laptops and other sensitive electronic devices. Operators can jump and charge 12V and 24V batteries onsite, boosting productivity with 330 amps for cold cranking assist powered by a 10KW AC generator.

The 330MPX is a versatile multi-process welder, offering Stick, TIG, MIG, Flux-Cored, and spool gun welding with additional advanced modes like Gouge, Pipe welding, pulsed TIG, and Pulsed Spool Gun, making it capable of a wide range of tasks.

All these features are packed into a compact design that maximizes space on the operator’s truck for additional tools and equipment. The digital interface simplifies setup, while integrated operating technologies make tough jobs easier to manage. Key features include:

·                  Ready. Set. Weld. technology: A five-step process that simplifies selecting the optimal welding parameters.

·                  Crosslinc remote technology: Communicates voltage controls to the welding power source through a single common weld cable, reducing clutter and unnecessary movement on the jobsite.

·                  Chopper technology: Designed to provide easy starts, a smooth and consistent arc with low spatter, achieving optimal bead appearance.
