Kaeser will display its M17, M50, M57 and M100 portable air compressors at The Rental Show. This lineup of durable rotary screw compressors is designed to provide more air with less fuel, and represents flows from 60 to 375 cfm at 100 psig. The compact, lightweight M17 is designed for easy maneuverability and to be transported in the back of a pick-up. Delivering 185 cfm at 100 psig, the M50 powers a variety of tools and equipment. The M57 provides 10 hours of uninterrupted operation and the M100 offers an optional air treatment package and 8kVA generator option.

Manitowoc
Manitowoc offers a new attachment for its Model 16000 crawler crane designed for wind turbine installation. The attachment is designed to boost the crane's capacity, allowing it to erect the latest generation of wind turbines. The attachment uses existing hardware in a new configuration to give the crane significantly enhanced lift capability when working at short radii, as is generally required in wind turbine erection. The Manitowoc 16000 wind attachment fits to any 440 USt-rated standard Manitowoc 16000 and can install most 2.5 MW wind turbines on towers between 262 and 279 feet.

Hilti
Designed for heavy breaking applications and demolition work at floor level, Hilti introduces its newest electro pneumatic tool, the new TE 3000-AVR breaker. Weighing 65 pounds, the TE 3000-AVR delivers 50 foot-pounds of impact energy to break up to six tons of material per hour at a rate comparable with a 60- to 65-pound air tool. The tool features Hilti's active vibration reduction system as well as an active cooling system to reduce wear and tear on the motor, electronics and hammering mechanism. The TE 3000-AVR also has a brushless SR motor that eliminates the need to replace carbon brushes, allowing longer service intervals between service and twice the expected motor life.

Honda introduces its all-new mid GX engines line completely redesigned for 2011. The new GX120, the GX160 and the GX200 are single-cylinder, horizontal-shaft engines that replace the existing GX120, GX160 and GX200 models. The lineup is designed to fit an array of commercial turf applications and equipment including generators; construction/industrial equipment; agricultural equipment; water pumps and pressure washers. The new Honda mid GX engines offer increased performance over previous generation models, including improved fuel economy through changes in valve timing, compression ratio, carburetor settings, and cooling system modifications.

General Pipe Cleaners
General Pipe Cleaners' four new Auto-Feed power drain cleaners are engineered with automatic feeds and open drums. The Speedrooter 92R, Metro-Rooter, Mini-Rooter XP and Drain-Rooter PH are easier, cleaner and faster than manual machines. The variable-speed feed drives and retracts cable at up to 20 feet per minute, and the power feed and guide tube combination allows the cable to feed smoothly into the line while keeping the operator's hands clean and away from the spinning cable. The open drum design allows visibility to the condition of the cable after it comes back from rental so it can be cleaned and lubricated if necessary.

Volvo Construction Equipment
The latest generation Volvo L20F (pictured) and L25F compact wheel loaders from Volvo are designed for more operator comfort and improved compact design. The machines were developed incorporating feedback from operators around the world. The frame concept features an articulating/oscillating joint in the center of the machine between the front and rear frame. This, combined with 100-percent operator-selectable differential locks on the front and rear axles as standard, provides optimal stability and traction on rough terrain. The air- and oil-cooled Volvo diesel engine complies with EPA Tier-3 standards. Separate working hydraulic pumps improve cycle times because steering actions do not affect the speed of the lifting arm.

Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment America
To comply with new ISO standards, Doosan now offers its new mid-range-size hydraulic excavators with roll-over protective structure-certified cabs. The cabs conform to the new ROPS standard established by ISO 12117-2: 2008, which applies to ROPS for hydraulic excavators as defined in ISO 6165 with a working mass of more than 6 metric tons and less than 50 metric tons. Doosan excavator models covered under the ISO standard will range from the DX140LC to the DX480LC. The new ROPS-certified cabs will also be available on log loader models without cab risers. The new cabs also offer enhancements designed to improve operator comfort and convenience including control stands integrated into the seat assembly; integration of the switch panel into the right-hand control stand; an improved, optional heated air suspension seat; an upgraded monitor panel with an automatic day/night mode; and a rear view camera as standard equipment.

Gehl introduces its all-new model V330 skid-steer loader, which features more than 131 inches of near-vertical lift height and an 84-hp turbo-diesel engine and a rated operating capacity of 3,300 pounds. The V330 achieves near-vertical lift with a state-of-the-art lift arm design that provides extended reach and lift height for easy truck and material loading. The lift arm design provides optimal views to the sides of the loader and a direct line-of-sight to the bucket cutting edge. Husqvarna Construction Products introduces its newest remote-controlled demolition robot, the DXR 140. The DXR 140 is available with a 14.75- or 20.12-hp motor and it allows the operator to utilize up to 100 percent of the breaker's force. The power output and small design allow it to work in restricted spaces where the substrate requires a lightweight machine. With a reach up to 12 feet, including breaker, the DXR 140's arm system can be rotated 360 degrees without restrictions. The outriggers can be controlled individually, allowing it to remain stable even on unlevel surfaces or when close to walls. The Bluetooth remote-control is easy to use with a clear, plain-text display showing when it's time for various servicing jobs.
