ANA Inc, the North American distributor of Airman air compressors and generators and Grid to Go hybrid power systems, has hired Joseph Norris as national service manager.
“Joe brings fantastic customer-centric support and training experience to the ANA team.” said Mike Niemela, CEO. “Our commitment to continually investing in serving our customers better has set us apart in the industry and fueled our rapid growth. We are looking forward to Joe’s contributions.”
Norris brings more than 20 years of field service experience with him to ANA, most recently holding the position of field services manager oil and gas at Generac-Magnum Power Products. His main role is to build and lead the ANA support department, establish customer training programs and travel around the country visiting customers. Norris will be based out of Colorado.
