Every month, dozens of new products are introduced by manufacturers serving the rental industry. Here is a look at some of the latest offerings.

Wylie Manufacturing expands its line of Express Water Wagons with its 800-gallon model. The EXP-800-S joins the 500- and 1,000-gallon models, and is designed for controlling dust, compacting building sites, providing water for concrete saws, watering trees and vegetation, and fighting grass fires. It features an 800-gallon elliptical leg tank, adjustable-height 2 5/16-inch ball hitch and a 6-inch channel iron frame. Other features include a 4-hp Honda engine and a 2-inch Tsurumi pump.

The Pulse-Bac 1300 dust vacuum from CDCLarue is now available with a tangential bypass motor, capable of generating more than 185 cfm with 89 inches of lift. Pulling 12.1 amps on a standard 120-volt outlet, the 1300 vacuum is designed for collecting dust and debris generated by surface preparation equipment such as hand tools and small- to medium-sized floor grinders. The new design also comes standard with patent-pending twist-on filters, capable of capturing dust particles as small as 0.1 micron.

The MK-70 hand-held circular saw from MK Diamond cuts a variety of materials wet or dry, making it suitable for cutting tile, brick, block, concrete, stucco and fiber cement siding. The adjustable base permits varying both cutting depth and cutting angle. Features of the MK-70 include an easy-to-use trigger switch with safety interlock, valve-controlled water feed and an ergonomic, non-slip handle grip that reduces operator fatigue. It has a 4-inch blade capacity, with a depth of cut of 1 1/8 inch and 1 inch at 45 degrees.

Ditch Witch releases the FX20 vacuum excavator, which is designed for cleaning out municipal valve boxes, commercial and residential debris cleanup and landscaping, exposing utility lines, posthole digging, and many other relatively small, short-run projects. The FX20 offers many of the capabilities of larger vacuum excavation systems in a small package that can be transported in the back of a pickup truck, on a flatbed, or a small trailer — with no CDL required. The FX20 has a 150-gallon spoils tank mounted permanently at a 45-degree angle to make the dumping cycle quick and easy.

Commercial Grounds Care introduces two intermediate models of zero-turn ride-on mowers to its Bob-Cat ProCat model line. The 52-inch side discharge deck model features a 19-hp Kawasaki engine, while the 61-inch side discharge deck model features a 26-hp Briggs & Stratton engine. Both units offer a ground speed of 8.5 mph, 10 cc Hydro-Gear pumps and a 12-gallon fuel capacity.
