How will the panel of judges be selected?

A panel of 500 judges will be randomly selected from

RER’s

subscriber list.

RER

will send a letter to these randomly selected subscribers asking them to participate and explaining the procedure to cast their vote. The letter will include an incentive offering, encouraging subscribers to participate.
