Clark Material Handling Co. sold its retail operation in Columbus, Ohio, to that operation's management, Clark officials said. The new entity will continue to conduct business at its current location under the name Clarklift of Ohio, serving central Ohio as a full-service dealer for Clark products.
The co-owners are Mike Duenwald, former general manager of the Columbus dealership, and Bob Charnier. Duenwald will serve as vice president of operations and Charnier as vice president of marketing.
Clark produces electric and internal combustion forklifts, narrow aisle forklifts, electric pallet jacks, stackers and electric tuggers.
