CMI Corp. announced last week that it will hold a special shareholder meeting on Friday, Sept. 28, 2001 to vote on the proposed merger agreement with Terex Corp., Westport, Conn. The meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. at CMI's Oklahoma City corporate headquarters. Shareholders of record as of today will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
