Takeuchi honored its North American Dealer of the Year, Dealer Salesperson of the Year and those who achieved 2025 Dealer and Salesperson 360° status at the Dealer 360° Awards reception during CONEXPO/CON-AGG in Las Vegas.

The Dealer 360° Awards recognize Takeuchi dealers across the U.S. and Canada for excellence in sales performance, facilities, training, accounts receivables, marketing/parts and service. Complementing this effort, the Salesperson 360° Awards recognize individual sales professionals who take a well-rounded, professional approach to representing Takeuchi. Together, these programs celebrate the people and organizations who are committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

“Our success starts with strong dealers and salespeople, which is why we created this awards program,” said Jeff Stewart, president of Takeuchi-US. “It sets clear operational standards that help deliver a consistent customer experience and support long-term growth.”

Twenty dealerships across the U.S. and Canada were recognized as Dealer 360° winners for 2025, reflecting excellence in sales performance, facilities, training, marketing, parts and service.

CCS Equipment Sales takes the prize

CCS Equipment Sales is Takeuchi’s 2025 Dealer of the Year. Established in 1998, CCS is a family-owned and operated equipment dealership serving the eastern two-thirds of North Carolina with locations in Youngsville, Angier and Ayden. They offer equipment sales, rental, service and parts.

“The team at CCS has been in this business for nearly 30 years,” said John Vranches, Eastern Division sales manager for Takeuchi-US. “They know what it takes to build strong relationships with their customers, and their business continues to thrive because of the outstanding effort they put forth every day. We’re happy they’re part of the Takeuchi family, and we congratulate them on this achievement.”

In addition to CCS Equipment Sales, the following dealers also met or exceeded Dealer 360° criteria by December 31, 2025:

“Our dealers’ dedication and commitment to excellence have helped Takeuchi continue to increase its market share in North America,” said Stewart. “We thank them for their efforts this past year, and we will do everything within our power to help them achieve even greater success in 2026.”

Along with recognizing top-performing dealerships, Takeuchi honored 44 individual dealer sales professionals who achieved Salesperson 360º status by demonstrated exceptional performance and commitment to their customers. Bill Smith of Cobb County Tractor ranked number one in Takeuchi sales throughout North American, making him the Salesperson of the Year for the seventh time, more times than any other Takeuchi dealer sales representative in the U.S. has ever achieved.

“Bill continues to set a high standard,” said Vranches. “He understands his customers’ needs and consistently delivers the right equipment solutions for their projects. That kind of experience and consistency is not easy to find. We congratulate Bill on yet another very successful year, and we look forward to seeing what he accomplishes in 2026 and beyond.”
