Polaris Commercial, a division of Polaris Inc., announces a strategic partnership with M.E.S.O. Inc., a leading provider of mobile equipment maintenance and repair services. This collaboration will provide Pro XD owners expanded access to expert service, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity on the jobsite.

With this new partnership, M.E.S.O. is officially an authorized service provider for the Pro XD family of work utility vehicles. This designation gives M.E.S.O.’s certified technicians access to genuine Polaris vehicle parts and components – ensuring completed repairs with high-quality parts. Technicians are also backed by Polaris factory technical assistance, providing support to troubleshoot complex issues and maintain long-term performance reliability.

Since 2014, M.E.S.O. Inc. has served the construction, oil & gas, utility, and manufacturing industries by providing maintenance services to their construction equipment, truck and trailer fleets – reducing costs and increasing efficiency for customers. The partnership expands the service network available beyond existing Pro XD dealers and provides customers with a mobile, on-the-job option. Instead of transporting vehicles to a service center, M.E.S.O.’s technicians come directly to the jobsite or facility, helping customers save time, reduce disruptions and keep operations moving. Service requests can easily be scheduled through M.E.S.O.’s online portal.

“Polaris builds vehicles that work as hard as our customers do, and we’re proud to be an authorized service provider for its Pro XD line,” said Chris Britt, president, M.E.S.O. Inc. “With mobile service capabilities and Polaris-backed training, we’re reducing downtime and keeping productivity high where it matters most.”

Whether vehicles are operating on remote jobsites or in busy urban environments, this collaboration helps keep Pro XD units in peak condition and ready to perform. M.E.S.O.’s constantly expanding list of mobile service locations includes Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

"We are excited to partner with M.E.S.O. Inc. to expand service capabilities for Pro XD customers," said Ryan Schmitt, senior manager of Polaris Commercial’s Technical Service team. "This partnership will provide faster, more convenient service options while further demonstrating our commitment to supporting customers’ success."
