LBX Company announces the appointment of Josh Barnett as its new director of customer support. Barnett brings more than 20 years of experience in service leadership, with a strong background in managing large teams, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer service. 

Barnett's career has been marked by his focus on delivering high-value service experiences. His leadership has consistently resulted in significant cost reductions, improved vendor relationships, and strengthened technical support across multi-branch operations.
