Tsurumi Names Bristol, Wada, Rieboldt and Webb as Top U.S. Leaders

Tsurumi (America) Inc., distributor of submersible pumps, announced a new executive leadership team with substantial industry knowledge and commitment to the company’s growth and development in the United States. Chris Bristol has been appointed CEO. He originally joined Tsurumi as a municipal product sales manager in 2021 and has more than 20 years of experience in the pumping industry. During his four years with Tsurumi, he demonstrated strong leadership and deep insight into customer needs for the sewage and wastewater market.
Joining him on the executive team is Hideaki Wada, serving as chief operating officer. Wada brings a global perspective to the team, having held key positions within Tsurumi Japan’s international sales division and serving as managing director of Tsurumi Hong Kong. During his tenure in Hong Kong, Wada successfully grew Tsurumi’s presence through major infrastructure projects.
Also adding to the executive team is Ben Rieboldt, named chief sales officer. As one of Tsurumi America’s first employees in 1985, Rieboldt has held various leadership roles during his 40-year tenure, including leading engineering, operations, and procurement teams. His experience and long history with the company will make him pivotal for the organization’s success.
Concluding the leadership team is Alex Webb, serving as chief financial officer. Webb has worked with Tsurumi for 13 years, recently holding the position of accounting manager. His profound financial expertise and strong understanding of the company’s operations will help him to continue to guide Tsurumi’s financial strategy.
“We at Tsurumi America look forward to continuing to provide our customers with the best products and exceptional customer service,” said Bristol.
