Komatsu America’s Komatsu CARE Maintenance Program Reaches Service Milestone

Komatsu America Corp. and its distributor Power Motive Corp. has completed Komatsu CARE’s 10,000th service interval. Komatsu America pioneered its complimentary maintenance program for its Tier 4 machines with launch of Komatsu CARE in 2011.

Komatsu America Corp. reached the 10,000th service interval milestone on its Komatsu CARE complimentary maintenance program, which was launched in 2011 to service Tier 4 machines.

Komatsu America Corp. and its distributor Power Motive Corp. has completed Komatsu CARE’s 10,000th service interval. Komatsu America pioneered its complimentary maintenance program for its Tier 4 machines with launch of Komatsu CARE in 2011.

Whether the equipment is leased or owned, Komatsu CARE covers all factory-scheduled maintenance intervals on Tier 4 interim Komatsu construction equipment for the first three years or 2,000 hours —whichever occurs first—as well as two complimentary Komatsu Diesel Particulate Filter exchange units for the first five years, or 9,000 hours, whichever comes first. The complimentary maintenance program is available at all North American distributors and is transferable to new owners, upon resale, within the United States and Canada.
