Allmand Bros. Promotes Brad and Matt Allmand

Holdrege, Neb.-based Allmand Bros. recently appointed its third generation of Allmand family leaders, naming Brad Allmand CEO and Matt Allmand to president.

Holdrege, Neb.-based Allmand Bros. recently appointed its third generation of Allmand family leaders, naming Brad Allmand CEO and Matt Allmand to president.

“Brad and Matt are the future of Allmand and their values truly reflect those that have defined the company for the past 70 years,” said Roger Allmand, chairman of the board. “With their experience and commitment they will bring fresh ideas and energy to the company while maintaining core values that have made us successful.”

As CEO, Brad is responsible for sustaining the overall company strategy, which includes moving the company culture forward, continuing customer relationships and providing Allmand with new business development opportunities.

Brad joined the company in 1985 and has also acted as regional sales manager, marketing manager and key account manager.

In his new role as president, Matt will oversee and direct the marketing, operations, technical support and accounting departments. He will be responsible for communicating and implementing the vision of the board to the operational management team, and coordinating the realization of this vision amongst the departments.

Matt began his career at Allmand in 2005 as operations support manager. He also worked with the Oshkosh Trucking Corp. at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing in Dodge Center, Minn., from 2002 to 2005.

Roger Allmand remains chairman of the board. Steve Allmand will remain as vice chairman of the board.

Allmand Bros. manufactures portable light towers, compact tractor loader backhoes, Port-A-Lite light stands, solar arrowboards and jobsite heaters.
