Atlas Copco Acquires German Adhesive and Sealant Manufacturer

Atlas Copco has completed its acquisition of German adhesive and sealant equipment manufacturer SCA Schucker, a fast-growing niche segment. The market is expanding fast because of the increasing use of lightweight materials in the automotive and other industries.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Atlas Copco is a major manufacturer of compressers, expanders and air treatment systems, construction and mining equipment, hydraulic breakers, air and power tools.
