The Case New Holland tractor assembly plant in Racine, Wis., will hire 150 new employees and add a second shift to its production schedule, the Wisconsin Ag Connection is reporting. The demand for tractors and combines are the result of higher commodity prices and new advances in technology.

The facility is on pace to break its previous production record set in 2008, plant manager Steve Tyler said.
