Atlas Copco North America LLC this week completed the acquisition of Houston Service Industries, a U.S. manufacturer of low-pressure blowers and vacuum pumps.

Atlas Copco North America LLC this week completed the acquisition of Houston Service Industries, a U.S. manufacturer of low-pressure blowers and vacuum pumps.

Houston Service Industries has annual revenues of about $37 million and 123 employees. With its well-known brand HSI, the company has a strong domestic position in equipment for the wastewater treatment and industrial process sectors, offering sales synergies with Atlas Copco’s products in these market segments.
