New Holland Construction last week announced it joined the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), a professional association with more than 4,000 members representing North American green industry professionals.
“The landscaping industry is a key business for New Holland Construction,” said Edgar Chavez, New Holland Construction marketing director. “As a member of PLANET we will gain invaluable opportunities to understand exactly what our customers in this industry need from our machines and how we can give them the support they need for their business.”
PLANET’s members include green industry service providers, suppliers and dealers, state and allied regional associations, college and university faculty and students, and other affiliates to the industry. The organization develops and maintains programs for its members in the areas of business management, government affairs, public relations, technical assistance, safety and insurance, education and networking.
“We are happy to welcome New Holland Construction as a new supplier member to the organization,” said Sabeena Hickman, chief operating officer of PLANET.” Its membership with PLANET will provide unparalleled networking opportunities that can further strengthen the company’s reputation within the green industry, and PLANET is excited about working with New Holland Construction to better serve its members and advance the industry.”
