As of October 17th, Ruthmann Holdings GmbH has taken over the exclusive distribution and maintenance of France Elévateur products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (German and Italian-speaking areas) with its sales force and service center network. All current orders and contracts in these countries are taken over by Ruthmann.
The company has already been distributing Versalift products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for more than 10 years. Since June 2022, the brands France Elévateur and Movex have been part of the Time Manufacturing Co., just like Versalift and Ruthmann. This acquisition therefore enables the development of partnerships between the group's brands.
"Ruthmann is synonymous with quality and reliability, and we are delighted to have our subsidiary join the company's maintenance centers,” said Charles Goffin, drector of France Elévateur. “We are also confident that we will work together with Ruthmann to develop our sales in Germany and strengthen our presence in the country."
