Genie Names Sales Director UK and Ireland, and Territory Manager
Genie has named John Chandler sales director for the U.K. and Ireland. Chandler rejoined the Genie U.K. sales team in January 2017 with responsibility for certain strategic accounts, business development and supporting Genie Service Solutions maintenance contracts. In his new role, Chandler is reporting to Jacco de Kluijver, Genie vice president of sales and marketing, Terex AWP for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia.
Chandler will continue to be responsible for GSS in addition to leading the Genie U.K. and Ireland sales team.
New to the Genie team is Craig Duffy, named Genie territory sales manager for Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. Duffy spent nine years with AFI-Uplift in positions of increasing commercial responsibility, and most recently worked for VP Access as national business development manager. Duffy reports to Chandler and is based in Scotland.
“From field sales to strategic accounts, national sales manager and most recently national business development manager, Craig brings an in-depth understanding of the access business and a solid experience in customer service,” said Chandler. “Focusing on strengthening the presence of Genie, Craig is fully dedicated to customers in Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.”
