Riwal, the international aerial work platform and telehandler rental specialist, has launched the Riwal Rental App in the App Store. In March 2018, Riwal’s Rental App was launched in the Google Play Store and is now also available for Apple iOS users. The App allows rental customers to browse, reserve and schedule aerial work platforms among other features in one process.

The Riwal Rental app is part of the company’s digital strategy to enhance customer connectivity and engage in new markets. The app’s interface is user friendly for customers, who will also be assisted via the app’s live-chat functionality. Also, customers with a Riwal Access4U customer portal account can manage their entire rental activity in the app. Ultimately, the app is designed to enhance jobsite productivity and the customer experience.

The Riwal Rental App is available in the local language of all European countries in which Riwal has operations: Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, U.K., Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Slovenia and Croatia.

“This online platform provides our customers with a digital tool to simplify their way of interacting with us,” said Norty Turner, CEO of Riwal. “We are committed to delivering the best customer experience, which now includes the rental app. We have created a self-service rental experience that is information rich and is mobile and user-friendly to our customers who will increasingly operate in a more digital way.”
