Aggreko, world leader in temporary power and temperature control services last month provided power and cooling solutions to the United Nations event on sustainability in Rio de Janeiro, the Rio +20.
Rio +20 was held in a number of locations across the city, including its largest convention center, Riocentro. Aggreko provided power and temperature control to cover the 100,200 square meters of the Riocentro facility. In keeping with the environmental theme of the event, Aggreko was asked to run its generators and cooling equipment using biodiesel.
Aggreko is headquartered in Scotland, with U.S. headquarters in Houston.
