U.K.’s PSL Tool Hire Acquires M&R Hire Centres

Bolton, U.K.-based PSL Tool Hire acquired rival M&R Hire Centres for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of Blackpool-based M&R gives PSL five new locations, bringing its total to 12. The acquired stores will be re-branded as PSL Tool Hire.

PSL and the former M&R branches include homeowner tools and contractor-oriented construction inventory.
