Caterpillar to Create Joint Venture with Korean Company

Caterpillar has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency to create a joint venture for components and parts supplies.

The two companies decided to extend business relationships at the 2010 Global Partnering Chicago conference.
