Caterpillar and APac Energy Rental Announce International Power Projects Agreement
Caterpillar Inc. last week entered into a five-year international power projects agreement with Singapore-based APac Energy Rental Ltd. to develop temporary power solutions to meet the needs of the growing IPP market. As part of the agreement, APac will further strengthen its position in this market by offering readily available, competitively priced power solutions from Caterpillar supported by partnerships within the extensive Cat dealer network.

APac is a privately held company incorporated in Singapore and currently operates a number of sales and support offices in the region. It aims to be recognized as one of the strongest, most professional IPP providers globally. APac plans to continue building its fleet, focusing on Asia Pacific and other global opportunities, and will collaborate with Cat dealers for local know-how and expertise. To date, APac has completed projects in Japan and Australia.
