An equipment rental business called 4 Bears Enterprise LLC has expanded to a show lot in Island City, Ore. It originally opened in July 2025. The company is owned by the Bear family, the father Nathan Bear and his three sons Jerron Bear, Trevin Bear and Kendall Bear, the LeGrande Observer reported.

Trevin Bear works in landscaping and the other family members all have backgrounds in construction. The Bears rent excavators, skid-steer loaders, telehandlers, enclosed cargo trailers and more. The company also sells products such as pavers and retaining wall blocks.

The company includes delivery for a fee and waives the cleaning fee if the equipment is returned in its original clean state.
