Nathan Ball has been named chief executive officer of Capital Pump & Equipment (CPE), effective Aug. 17. He joins the company with more than two decades of executive leadership experience in industrial and infrastructure field services businesses.

In his new role, Ball will lead CPE’s next phase of growth into new geographic markets while building on the company’s commitment to service, technical expertise and innovative pumping solutions, according to a company press release.

Throughout his career, Ball has overseen the growth of field operations, high-performing leadership teams and operations, while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction and employee development.

Ball is positioned to lead CPE as it expands its specialty pump rental and engineered solutions businesses, with experience scaling service organizations and partnering with customers to solve operational challenges, the press release states.
