On September 17, LGMG officially relocated to its new headquarters in Jinan, China. The building covers a construction area of 2.85 hectares and can accommodate approximately 1,500 employees. A ceremony was held to mark this milestone, attended by Jinan government officials, senior leaders of Lingong Group, LGMG Chairman Yu Mengsheng, LGMG CEO Simon Zhang, LGMG CSO Zhi Kaiyin and more than 400 employee representatives.
Since its establishment in 2012, LGMG has consistently demonstrated dynamism and creativity. Through 13 years of relentless effort and steady development, the company has grown into a significant player in the construction machinery industry.
Today, LGMG is advancing with digitalization as its core driver, deepening its commitment to electrification and intelligent technologies, and upholding the development philosophy of “Efficiency First, Technology Leading.” By continuously strengthening management and technological innovation, LGMG is accelerating the progress of smart manufacturing and moving steadily toward its goal of becoming a globally recognized industry leader.
“We extend our gratitude to the local government and our global customers for their ongoing support. We will strive for new achievements from this new starting point, continue to deliver high-quality products and comprehensive solutions, and create greater values to global customers and community,” said Simon Zhang, CEO of LGMG.
Chairman Yu Mengsheng encouraged all employees to continue working hard to create a bright future for LGMG and themselves.
“The relocation to this new building represents a vital step in expanding LGMG’s development footprint and enhancing its strategic layout,” Yu said. “It embodies our commitment to global customers and serves as an important window into LGMG’s journey toward becoming a first-class international enterprise.”
With the new headquarters now in operation, LGMG begins a new chapter with a renewed image. This relocation also sets the stage for the upcoming LGMG First Global Customer Festival, scheduled for September 26–27.
