Dozr Canada Acquired Out of Canadian Receiver Ship; Owes Millions to Rental Supplers
Dozr Canada was acquired last month after entering receivership in Canada. KPMG Inc. was appointed receiver for the company, pursuant to Section 243 (1) of Canada’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Information on KPMG can be found at: [email protected]
On October 30, 2025, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted an order approving a sale transaction. The company was acquired by Inspiration Commerce Group in Canada. The sale transaction was closed the following day, and the company is still doing business under the name of Dozr.
Dozr is an online portal offering equipment rentals to contractor customers in the United States and Canada.
At press time, no information was available regarding when creditors would be paid. Several suppliers to Dozr have told RER they are still awaiting payment and have not been informed about potential payment.
“KPMG isn’t accepting claims for U.S.-incurred debt,” a supplier told RER.

According to sources close to the situation, tens of millions of dollars are still unpaid to rental suppliers. The new ownership is an online portal that sells consumer goods and has no background in the rental business.
