Tadano announced that United Rentals is the first company to purchase the groundbreaking AS-63HD boom lift, reinforcing its commitment to providing industry-leading solutions for its customers. The AS-63HD introduces a new era of high-capacity aerial work platforms with its 2,200-pound (1-tonne) platform capacity and unparalleled stability.
Designed for heavy-duty applications, the AS-63HD features a platform height of 62 feet 8 inches (19.1 m) and a maximum horizontal outreach of 37 feet 4 inches (11.4 m). Its four-section synchronized telescoping boom and crane-inspired mast ensure near-zero platform deflection, enhancing safety and performance, the company said.
