Sunbelt Rentals Receives Military Friendly Employer Gold Designation
Sunbelt Rentals has earned the 2025 Military Friendly Employer designation for the fifth consecutive year. Sunbelt Rentals received a Gold Designation, indicating that the company scored within 10 percent of the 10th-ranking employer in their category. Sunbelt Rentals also received a Military Spouse Friendly Employers (MSFE) rating that recognizes the company for creating an environment for veteran spouses to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

The Military Friendly honor measures an organization’s commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefits for the military community, based on standards set forth by VIQTORY. Institutions earning the Military Friendly Employers designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. More than 1200 companies participated in the Military Friendly survey.

Sunbelt Rentals has a robust Veterans Program designed to support veterans by providing a fulfilling workplace where they are part of enriching the company culture.
Based on four pillars — resources, recruitment, recognition and retention — the program has been purpose-built to assist with challenges faced by the veteran population. It includes access to a hotline, administrative and accommodation support, and interagency coordination.
