Northside Tool Rental, a family-owned southeastern equipment rental business, appoints industry veteran Josh Nickell as its new CEO. Nickell begins his role excited to build on the success of Jeff and Steffen Lignugaris and their grandfather, Roy Milling, a pioneer in the equipment rental industry. Northside Tool Rental has four locations in the Atlanta area.

Nickell, most recently the vice president of the equipment segment, technology, and workforce development at the ARA, brings his decades of rental experience to Northside Tool Rental. His family’s rental business, Nickell Rental, was recognized four times by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. Nickell then spent time working for Sunbelt Rentals after Nickell Rental’s acquisition. He has also worked for a global rental software company, Point-of-Rental Software, as director of global strategy.
