RER’s editor-in-chief Michael Roth spoke with Ed Sullivan, executive vice president and chief economist, at last week’s World of Concrete show in Las Vegas about projections for cement consumption and construction, his expectations about housing starts, mortgage rates, consumer confidence and the all-important nonresidential construction markets. Sullivan also touched on changing usages of office space and hopes for an infrastructure bill.
