H&E Equipment Services opened a new branch in Phoenix, making it the company’s third branch in Arizona and its 96th nationwide. The branch opened Feb. 4. The branch will provide full-service coverage to customers on the north side of the valley and metro Phoenix area. The two other Arizona branches are in Phoenix and Tucson.

The 9,050-square-foot facility sits on 2.5 acres with a fully fenced yard area, offices, parts warehouse, and a repair shop with six bays. The facility is capable of servicing a variety of general industrial and construction equipment.

The branch specializes in aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, earthmoving and general construction equipment and represents Atlas Copco, Bomag, E-One, Effer, Gapvax, Gehl, Generac Magnum, Genie, Grove, JCB, JLG, John Deere, KME, Laymor, Lincoln Electric, Manitowoc, MEC, Miller, Multiquip, National Crane, Skyjack, Skytrak, Sullair, Takeuchi, Taylor, Tymco, Unicarrier, Wacker and Yanmar.

“As commercial construction continues to expand in the North Phoenix area, we are proud to dedicate our resources and open our second Phoenix facility to meet customer needs,” said H&E Arizona general manager Rick Herdt. “This new location will significantly improve inventory levels and response time as well as provide greater convenience for our customers. We look forward to partnering with customers and providing our full-service model of equipment rentals, sales, parts and service for many years to come.”

In addition to equipment rentals, the facility provides new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, comprehensive parts availability, training and other value-added services.

H&E Equipment Services is based in Baton Rouge, La., and now has 96 branches.
