Cross Country Infrastructure Services, an equipment and supplies provider to the construction industry, has acquired Rain2Day Inc.

Cross Country Infrastructure Services, an equipment and supplies provider to the construction industry, has acquired Rain2Day Inc. With the addition of Rain2Day, Cross Country has grown its reach in the western United States. Rain2Day is a rental provider of pumps and tanks primarily supporting the growing market in Las Vegas and the surrounding Nevada area. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rain2Day was founded in 2002 to provide its customers temporary water solutions such as liquid storage, irrigation, clear water transmission lines, dewatering and sewer bypasses. The company has always been dedicated to employee growth and training in new technology and advancements to better assist its clientele.

Over the past five years Cross Country has acquired several diverse companies with industry specialties including Power Associates International in 2013; Sideline Specialty Equipment in 2015; N2, Stone Pump & Trench, and PWI Supply in 2016. It has about 20 branches in the United States and Canada.
