Sims Crane Names Bill Titus General Manager, West Palm Beach

Sims Crane, leading Florida crane rental and rigging service company, has named Bill Titus general manager of the West Palm Beach location.

Sims Crane, leading Florida crane rental and rigging service company, has named Bill Titus general manager of the West Palm Beach location. Titus is a 28-year crane-industry veteran who brings extensive management experience and knowledge of lifting and moving solutions to Sims.

Titus is a native of West Palm Beach. His experience in cranes, rigging and heavy haul tricking began in 1988 with General Crane in Pompano Beach. He joined Hunter Crane Merchant Transport & Rigging in West Palm Beach after that, where he moved up the ranks to his most recent position of field supervisor. Titus is skilled in administrative and management, contracts, compliance, customer relations, training and transportation logistics.

Sims Crane’s West Palm Beach branch opened in 2014 and has about 2,000 square feet of office space, with an additional 4,000 square feet of workshop space. The property has more than three acres of parking, with room to lease an additional five acres as growth requires.

I am excited to join the team and serve my many long-standing customers in West Palm Beach.”

Sims Crane & Equipment Co. was founded in 1959 and is a third generation owned and operated business, with 13 branches in Florida.
