Ames Taping Tools Opens Branch Near Birmingham, Alabama

Ames Taping Tools, the leading provider of automatic taping and finishing tools, supplies and training to the professional drywall finishing industry, has opened a new branch in Hoover, Ala., in the Birmingham metropolitan area.

“We are excited to return to the Birmingham market,” said Karl Heinrich, Ames regional vice president – south. “We’re looking forward to serving the Hoover and Birmingham communities during this time of rapid growth and for years to come.”

The addition of the Hoover location brings Ames to 72 corporate stores. The new store provides rental service for their complete line of Ames’ automatic taping and finishing tools. The store also sells the TapeTech line of automatic taping and finishing tools as well as an assortment of associated drywall products, merchandise and hand tools.

Based in Suwanee, Ga., Ames Taping Tools is No. 81 on the RER 100.
