For Aggreko North America (ranked No. 11), the correct rental volume is $375.1 million. The correct total volume is $514.7. The correct number of locations is 60. Other information provided is correct.

For Stowers Machinery (No. 66), the correct rental volume is $35.2 million. Other information provided is correct.
