May Heavy Equipment Becomes Gehl Dealer

Manitou Americas has added May Heavy Equipment LLC to the Gehl dealer network. May Heavy Equipment will offer the full Gehl line of skid-steer loaders, track loaders, compact excavators articulated loaders and telehandlers at five locations throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Manitou Americas has added May Heavy Equipment LLC to the Gehl dealer network. May Heavy Equipment will offer the full Gehl line of skid-steer loaders, track loaders, compact excavators articulated loaders and telehandlers at five locations throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

May Heavy Equipment was founded in 1997 by Bert and Jacob May and has expanded throughout the southeast as a reliable source of heavy equipment rental as well as new and used equipment sales and service. May has an inventory of more than 200 machines, with qualified service mechanics providing a full range of services. The Gehl product line will be available at May’s stores in Lexington, N.C.; Clayton, N.C.; Columbia, S.C.; Piedmont, S.C.; and Summerville, S.C.

Gehl, now part of Manitou Americas, is based in West Bend, Wis.

May Heavy Equipment is No. 93 on the RER 100.
