National Lift Truck Revamps Customer Service with Industry Veterans

National Lift Truck has revamped its service, the Franklin Park, Ill.-based material handling and rental company said, with six new and recent employees totaling 125 years of experience in the material handling equipment industry.

National Lift Truck has revamped its service, the Franklin Park, Ill.-based material handling and rental company said, with six new and recent employees totaling 125 years of experience in the material handling equipment industry. National Lift Truck has six locations – three in Illinois, two in Arkansas and one in Tennessee.

Technicians supervisor Mike Spalo has 38 years of experience in the material handling equipment industry, including 15 years as a road technician, 22 years as owner of a material handling company. Spalo has been with NLT for one year.

Customer service and support supervisor Scott Pierce has 36 years of experience in various capacities of the MHE industry.  He has been a road technician, shop mechanic, shop manager, service manager, operations manager and service writer. Pierce has been with NLT for two years.

Service dispatch Alan Perri, who has been with NLT for six months, has 12 years of progressive material handling equipment experience encompassing equipment rental, parts, accounting, customer relationships, sales, and service operations manager.

Kyle O’Brien, customer service and support supervisor, has six years of experience as a general manager of an industrial battery distribution warehouse. During his one year at NLT, he has helped restructure the preventive maintenance and inspection program to better serve customers with a personalized fleet management approach.

Michael Rohrback, parts manager and customer service and support manager has 16 years of experience in the MHE industry, including parts sales representative, truck sales representative, machine shop manager and parts department manager.

Renee Kaspar, service billing administrator, has 17 years of experience in payroll operations, accounting, billing, auditing, sales, marketing and as a customer service representative. Kaspar has three months with National Lift Truck.

Holly Diemer, the most recent addition to NLT, has 7 years of experience as a short pay specialist, office manager and customer service representative.
