JLG Industries, one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of aerial equipment has opened a Northeast service center in Hagerstown, Md., to address customer needs in the area and to support JLG’s drive to increase service and support. JLG adds the 11,200-square-foot, six-bay facility to existing JLG service branches in Houston and Riverside, Calif.

Like the Houston and Riverside locations, the new Hagerstown branch will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all brands of equipment at the JLG facility or on the customer jobsite. Services include same-day parts backed by a factory warranty, quarterly and annual ANSI-required aerial work platform inspections, preventive and planned maintenance, light and heavy repairs, as well as mobile service where technicians with fully equipped vehicles visit jobsites for maintenance and repairs.

“Adding the Hagerstown location provides increased capacity in the region and ensures we have the appropriate infrastructure in place to better meet our customers’ needs and JLG’s future growth goals,” said Jonathan Dawley, JLG Industries global vice president, aftermarket. “This means faster response times and increased capabilities to service customers’ equipment, and keep it running at peak performance.”
