Rental Equipment Investment Corp. has acquired 100 percent of the stock of Pro Rental & Sales, which operates 13 equipment rental and sales locations in Idaho, Oregon and Montana.

REIC continues to grow its presence in the northwest with the acquisition of Pro Rental amp Sales now giving REIC 20 locations in the mountain region — REIC continues to grow its presence in the northwest with the acquisition of Pro Rental & Sales, now giving REIC 20 locations in the mountain region.

Rental Equipment Investment Corp. has acquired 100 percent of the stock of Pro Rental & Sales, which operates 13 equipment rental and sales locations in Idaho, Oregon and Montana. REIC is an equipment rental holding company with operations in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. With the acquisition of Pro Rental & Sales, REIC now has 20 locations in five states.

REIC has acquired Midway Rental in Montana, Reliable Equipment Rental in Wyoming and Hillside Rental in Colorado.

REIC plans to continue to grow our footprint in the northwest of the country while also looking at new regions.”

Pro Rental & Sales has eight branches in Idaho, four in Montana and one in Oregon.
