Six and Mango Equipment LLP has acquired Grayson County Equipment, based in Sherman, Texas. Grayson is a Kubota dealership. Six and Mango, based in Grand Prairie, Texas, with branches in Frisco, Floresville, and now Sherman, Texas, is also a Kubota dealer as well as a full line equipment rental and service company. Six and Mango will be integrating both the Kubota construction equipment line as well as its full line of equipment rental equipment offerings into Grayson.

“With the addition of Grayson County Equipment, we will now have four locations and this fits in perfectly with our company, both geographically and with our growth model,” said David Six, managing partner of Six and Mango. “We will be offering our full line of construction equipment for rental, from backhoes to booms and everything in between. We are excited about the opportunity and are looking to further grow the company.”

Grayson County Equipment sits on nearly 10 acres of land.

Six and Mango has been in business for nearly 15 years and is owned by David Six and Jim Mango, both rental industry veterans. Fred Hageman of Rental Acquisitions LLC assisted Six and Mango in the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed.

Rental Acquisitions LLC is headquartered in Cameron Park, Calif.
