Great Northern Equipment completed its asset purchase of Maxim Manufacturing Corp. early this month, Great Northern said.

Great Northern Equipment completed its asset purchase of Maxim Manufacturing Corp. early this month, Great Northern said. Maxim, based in Sebastopol, Miss., has designed and built commercial-grade landscape tillers, trimmers, sprinklers, rollers for more than 40 years.

GNE, based in Rogers, Minn., has been in the outdoor power equipment industry for more than 30 years. It has a branch office in Garland, Texas. Customers include rental companies, dealers, big-box stores, national accounts, OEMs and hardware co-ops.
