National Trench Safety, Houston-based specialists in the rental and sales of trench and traffic safety equipment, trench and traffic safety engineering, and OSHA-compliant training classes, has relocated its Tampa, Fla., branch operation.

NTS relocated to an upgraded office and shop facility on 3.1 acres that provides direct highway frontage as well as convenient interstate access.

“This is an exciting move for our Tampa team,” said Ron Chilton, president of NTS. “Over the last year, our Tampa team has made significant market share gains and we’re fortunate to be able to expand our operations in the market. The new location is an impressive facility and will feature a large modern training room, which will allow us to focus on increasing outreach training in the market. The new location will provide more convenient access to our facility for customers picking up and dropping off equipment, as well as operational improvements.”

Chilton said the company has had its eyes on the facility for a while. “It’s an ideal facility for our business as it provides great highway visibility and will provide immediate operational efficiency improvements,” he added.

NTS currently operates 26 coast to coast branch locations across the United States. NTS provides its national, regional and local market customers a fully integrated, national branch network delivering unique engineered solutions, customer service and cost-effective shoring solutions.

NTS plans to open additional branch locations in select cities in 2016.
