NES Rentals Posts 73 Percent Physical Utilization in December

NES Rentals, one of the United States’ largest aerial equipment rental companies announced that its physical utilization for the fourth quarter was 73 percent and for the full year 2015 was 71 percent.

NES Rentals, one of the United States’ largest aerial equipment rental companies announced that its physical utilization for the fourth quarter was 73 percent and for the full year 2015 was 71 percent.

“This is a significant accomplishment considering our strategic fleet is 7 percent larger than in 2014 and reflects the tremendous job all of our employees have done for our customers,” said NES chairman and CEO Andy Studdert.

NES also said the company achieved a Net Promoter Score of 87.9 in the month of November, the highest the company has recorded since it began the NPS program in 2007.

“We are extremely pleased to see a score that reflects NES Rentals’ ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction,” added Studdert. “Our goal is to always deliver the highest level of service that our customers have come to expect from NES.”

Based in Chicago, NES Rentals is No. 11 on the RER 100. The company has 76 branches in 27 states.
