H&E Equipment Services Expands its Northern California Presence

H&E Equipment Services opened a new branch in Benicia, Calif., in the northern San Francisco Bay Area, Jan. 1. The new branch joins eight other full-service H&E operations in California and 75 stores nationally. The 28,000-square-foot facility sits on three acres with a full yard area, offices, parts warehouse and a four-bay repair shop.

The facility is capable of repairing general industrial and construction equipment.

The branch specializes in aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, earthmoving and general construction equipment from the following manufacturers:  Atlas Copco, Gehl, Genie, JLG, Multiquip, Okada, Skyjack, Skytrak, Wacker Neuson, and others. 

“We are excited to take the next step in our growth and expansion in California and the Bay Area as we open our new facility in Benicia,” said Santiago Victor, H&E’s Benicia branch manager. “With recent branch openings in Union City and San Jose, it is clear customers are very interested in our full-service approach to the equipment business, providing rentals, sales, parts and service. We are both equipment experts and product support specialists, and we look forward to expanding and earning business from the solid construction and industrial markets in the northern Bay Area.”

In addition to equipment rentals, the facility provides new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, a comprehensive parts inventory, training, and other value-added services.

 H&E Equipment Services, based in Baton Rouge, La., is No. 7 on the RER 100.
